Snowsports School Programs for Adults and Children
Group Lessons
Beginner ski and snowboard group lessons (ages 6 and up) are for those who have never skied or who have only tried skiing once or twice. Intermediate and Advanced lessons are for those who have skied or snowboarded before and want to advance to the next level while improving their technique. Groups are organized according to age and ability levels.
Specialty Clinics
Workshops - $45 - 4pm - 75 Minutes. Special topics focusing on specific areas of imporvement for skiers and riders. Call our Ski Information Center at 434-325-2100.

Women's Ski Seminar
A two-day course for women that want to improve their skiing ability and move up to the next level. This non-beginner program is held 9am - 4pm Wednesday and Thursday with a lunch break at noon. The $150 fee covers two days of instruction. Lift tickets and lunch are additional. Please contact the Snowsports School at 434-325-8065 for additional information or to inquire about overnight lodging.
Wintergreen Adaptive Skiing
Wintergreen Adaptive Skiing (WAS) is a nonprofit organization that encourages children and adults with disabilities to discover new abilities through alpine skiing and snowboarding. In its 13th season, over 90 instructors and 15 pieces of sit-down ski equipment will be used to give approximately 350 all-day lessons. WAS now offers lessons 7 days a week throughout the season except Christmas day and New Years Day. Both all-day and half-day programs include lesson, lift ticket and rental equipment.
All-day program - includes 5 hour private lesson $90
Half-day program - includes 2½ hour private lesson $50
